• Cobras Sports Picks is not liable or responsible for losses or damages of any kind resulting from our services.
• Cobras Sports Picks is not responsible for a customers email / system failures that could result in missed selections.
• We cannot guarantee that all information provided in our services are 100% accurate.
• All plays are the property of Cobras Sports Picks. Any members that either post the premium plays on the Internet, send them to group emails, or attempt to charge others for those picks will have their subscription stopped immediately with no refund.
• These persons may also be subject to additional charges.
• The information at this site is for news and entertainment purposes only. Use of this information in violation of any federal, state or local laws is prohibited.

Refund Policy: There are no cash/credit refunds. If Cobras Sports Picks cannot send selections out on a particular day, it is the responsibility of Cobras Sports Picks to lengthen a customer's subscription time to equal the number of days a customer's paid for.
